Exchanges are only accepted 2 days from the date of receiving your product only if the product hasn't been used, open or/and tampered with.

In order to initiate a defective claim or exchange, please contact Customer Service.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 20% is required for all exchanges.

When shipping back your item please include your order number and the details of the exchange.

We strongly recommend you include insurance in case of any carrier issues.
