All orders will be shipped via USPS within 2-3 business days once payment is confirmed with a tracking code and insurance.
Signature will be required upon delivery to confirm orders have been received. If you are out of time and need your hair tomorrow, that is no problem!
We offer an Express service so that you can keep your appointment. Orders must be placed by 11:30 EST to ship out same day.

Exchanges are only accepted 2 days from the date of receiving your product only if the product hasn't been used, open or/and tampered with.
